Vico’s automatic multi-stage washers offer an efficient and thorough cleaning process that is ideal for the manufacturing industry and mass production. The washing line is controlled by a PLC from Siemens and can be customized with ultrasound, a high-pressure rinse tank, and a drying tank for a complete and optimized cleaning cycle.The process begins with the parts to be washed being placed in the first step. An automatic lifting mechanism then lowers the parts into the washing tank, where they undergo an intensive cleaning with agitation and ultrasound. When cleaning is complete, the parts are automatically moved on to the rinsing step, and then to the drying step, completely without manual handling. Thanks to its high capacity and reliability, the system is particularly suitable for industries with high production volumes. As an option, a loading and unloading center can be integrated, enabling operators to easily drop off multiple batches at the same time and let the washing line automatically manage the entire process from start to finish. This makes the washing system an ideal solution for companies that need a fast, efficient and consistent cleaning process in their mass production. All models are equipped with the highest quality ultrasonic technology, which guarantees superior cleaning efficiency and reliability in every use. All models are completely manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel.VS-UC and VS-RA have the possibility to control filtering via the control panel directly, while VS-R requires separate control.

The D-800 combines two universal sprayer washes for both solvent and water-based cleaners in one space-saving unit with ergonomic front access and enables simultaneous automatic and manual cleaning on both sides. It impresses with its advanced automatic cleaning functions, including 12 cleaning nozzles per cleaning chamber and automatic rinsing. In addition, it has a bright cleaning chamber and a powerful B-TEC ventilation system with a deep degassing channel that effectively sucks up solvent vapors from the bottom of the chamber. Equipped with B-TEC’s airflow system, the air channel of the spray gun is perfectly protected during automatic cleaning, preventing contamination behind the air nozzle. The air nozzle does not need to be removed, which reduces the risk of mechanical damage to both paint and spray guns, and saves time. The manual cleaning areas offer plenty of space and are equipped with a pump-driven, pressure-adjustable brush, a separate nozzle for rinsing and a central drying gun.
