Special treatment services for fabrics and textile goods

I am looking for someone that can provide the fabric squares of varying patterns in 15” x 15” shape with Velcro on all four edges (velcro strips should be about a quarter inch thick in two rows, one of each Velcro face). The finished product would look similar to a napkin with strips of Velcro on the edges
