Hello, we are the company SAS MARIANI from Italy ! We are interested to have your quotation for our press machine body: it is made by welding plates in S275JR material (see technical sheet here attached), or equivalent carbon steel material, and then by machining the welded structure with CNC machine. To build our basement you have to follow these operations: 1_ cut the S275JR material raw plates (by flame-cut or plasma-cut or similar) according to the drawing PLATES CUT here attached; 2_ weld the cut plates according to the drawing WELDING and WELDING 3D views here attached (please note that the weld beads on the external plates must be "V" shape with flat weld bead surface); 3_ after welding operation ALL THE STRUCTURE MUST BE HEAT-TREATED to reduce and redistributing the residual stresses of weldings. This Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), or stress relief heat treating, is applied to the whole structure in a furnace or similar; 4_ after heat-treatment ALL THE STRUCTURE MUST BE SAND-BLASTED (abrasive blasting or blast cleaning) to remove surface oxides or impurities; 5_ do the machining (milling / boring / drilling / reaming / flat surfaces etc.) by milling machine and similar; according to the drawing MACHINING here attached; In case of order we will send also CAD drawings and 3D drawings (".STP" or ".IGS" or tell us the format you need). We need only one piece of this body, but we build similar machines at least 5 times a year. Here attached you can find some photos of similar body. We don't need painting.
